Description
For a long time CW was missing a proper everyday automatic. There were strong divers and interesting one‑offs, but nothing that really nailed the idea of a watch you could put on every morning and not think about. When the Sealander arrived in April 2021, they got the fundamentals right straight away. The design was clean without being dull, the proportions were well judged and the watch felt solid without feeling precious. It worked on a bracelet or a strap and never felt out of place.
The C63 Sealander 39 mm Dragonfly Blue keeps that formula intact but uses colour to give the watch more presence. Named after the dragonfly, the dial sits somewhere between blue and green and shifts noticeably depending on the light. At times it reads deep teal, at others brighter and almost metallic, with a sunray finish that gives it more energy than the neutral dials without pushing it into novelty.

Condition and performance
The watch is in nearly new condition - no issues at all.
Supplied on a CW Vintage oak leather in unworn condition (not the Seta leather as pictured in the library picture).
Comes boxed with card directing you to online owner’s manual, cleaning cloth and warranty booklet/card.
Timegrapher: Approximately +12 seconds per day.
Strap options
Subject to availability, standard unworn CW straps comprise vintage oak leather, hybrid, rubber and tropic.
