Products: Pre‑Owned Watches

We sell pre‑owned watches. Condition, authenticity, and any history are stated clearly. Pre‑owned items may show minor signs of wear.
Water‑resistance is not guaranteed unless explicitly stated following testing.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we send a shipping confirmation email.

We may cancel orders if:

• a product is unavailable,

• there is a pricing error,

• or fraud is suspected.

Prices & Payment

Prices are in GBP unless stated otherwise.
Payment is taken at checkout.
We reserve the right to correct pricing mistakes.

Shipping

We dispatch most orders within 1–2 business days.

• UK: Royal Mail Special Delivery (insured, tracked)

• International: UPS/DHL (insured, tracked)

Risk passes to you upon delivery.

Cancellations & Returns

UK customers have 14 days from delivery to cancel an online order.

Returns Policy Summary

• Item must be returned in original condition

• All boxes, links, papers and accessories must be included

• Wear beyond inspection may result in a deduction

• Customer pays return postage unless item is faulty

Warranty

We include a six‑month Ward Hoard mechanical warranty, unless manufacturer warranty remains.
Not covered: accidental damage, misuse, water ingress (unless tested), magnetism, wear and tear.

Accuracy

Mechanical accuracy varies. Any known issues will be stated.

Liability

We are not liable for:

• wear and tear

• damage caused by misuse

• business or consequential losses

• issues disclosed in the listing

Nothing excludes liability for fraud or negligence causing personal injury.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
