Shipping Information

All orders will be shipped within two working days after payment is received.

UK Customers

Watches

UK next working day by Royal Mail or UPS costs £9.95.

Straps

UK strap postage costs £2.95.

International Customers

COURIER

For watches, we usually use UPS for shipping internationally as it is relatively quick (normally within a week) and typically pretty reliable. However, other couriers are possible - please ask if you have a preferred shipper.

For straps and bracelet, we usually use Royal Mail.

DUTY AND IMPORT TAXES

Please note that you are responsible for any duty or import taxes payable.

Duty for US customers:

  • We now have an option to prepay duties using UPS.

  • Please ask if you would like to pay duty upfront and we will give you a firm price.

  • It currently seems to work out 10% on watches on any value.

  • Please ask before ordering unless you are certain that you wish to go ahead (or wish us to send duty unpaid). If you order and cancel, we don’t get the credit card charge refunded

  • For straps and bracelets, our only option is to send via Royal Mail where payment of the duty is required upfront (10%). So for US customers who order straps/bracelets, buy as normal, but we'll be in touch asking for duties before we can ship out to you.

  • Please note that prepaid duty is NOT refundable if you decide to return the watch because it is not to your liking.

Watches

Shipping to Western Europe, Canada and USA costs £28.95 for one watch.

Straps

Postage to Western Europe and Canada costs £9.95.

Other countries

If you’re interested in buying a watch but you live outside those areas mentioned above, please contact us with your full address and we’ll get you a quote. Please keep an eye on your junk folder for a reply because our emails are sometimes wrongly identified as spam.

Your Own courier Collection

If you’d like to arrange your own courier collection for a watch that’s fine as long as the watch is paid by bank transfer so the liability if something goes missing is yours rather than ours!
