Shipping and tariffs

Timing

All orders are shipped within two working days after payment is received (unless there is a notice to the contrary on the website).

If you would like to delay your shipment, that is no problem, just let us know.

Tariffs and duties

Unless otherwise stated, prices stated exclude any duty or import taxes payable. Buyers are responsible for any duty or import taxes payable. We will not under declare the valuation of the shipment.

For the United States of America, for watches, we can offer prepaid duties via UPS. This currently costs 10% of the value of the shipment, plus an £8.50 administration charge (by UPS).

If you would like to prepay duties, please contact us for a confirmed price. If you are unsure, please ask before ordering as if you order and then cancel, card processing fees cannot be refunded.

For straps, bracelets, parts and accessories (not sold with a watch), Royal Mail is the only shipping option. Duty (10%) must be paid upfront before we can dispatch.

Please note: prepaid duty is not refundable if you return a watch or strap because it is not to your liking.

Couriers

For international orders (of watches), we usually ship via UPS as it’s fast (typically within a week) and reliable. Other couriers may be possible on request. For straps, bracelets, parts and accessories, we use Royal Mail International.

For domestic orders, we usually use Royal Mail.

Destinations

We ship worldwide. If your country is not an option shown when you check out, please let us know and we will provide you with a quote..

Combining shipping

We combine shipping wherever possible, so you only pay once. This adjustment should happen automatically in check out, but we can also make a manual adjustment at a later time.

Using your own courier

If you would like to arrange your own courier to collect a watch, please let us know. In most cases, we can offer this service provided the watch is paid for by bank transfer. In these instances, liability for the shipment sits with you rather than us.
