Description
For a long time CW was missing a proper everyday automatic. There were strong divers and interesting one‑offs, but nothing that really nailed the idea of a watch you could put on every morning and not think about. When the Sealander arrived in April 2021, they got the fundamentals right straight away. The design was clean without being dull, the proportions were well judged and the watch felt solid without feeling precious. It worked on a bracelet or a strap and never felt out of place.
The C63 Sealander 39 mm Dagger Grey is more refined than the name suggests. The dial uses a sunray finish rather than a flat matte surface, so it catches the light and shifts from mid‑grey to near silver depending on angle. It is still restrained, but not dull, and has more presence than the black or white dials without moving into obvious colour. The watch has a slightly dressier edge than the regular white/black while keeping the same clean layout and proportions that define the Sealander.

Condition and performance
The watch is in very good condition with visible but light signs of wear.
Supplied on a CW seta leather strap in nearly new condition.
Comes boxed with card directing you to the online owner’s manual, cleaning cloth and warranty booklet/card.
Timegrapher: Approximately +6 seconds per day.
Strap options
Subject to availability, standard unworn CW straps comprise vintage oak leather, hybrid, rubber and tropic.
