WH1675M C65 Trident GMT Royalty and Specialist Protection (03/2026)

£1,695.00

Quick facts

Description

The C65 range only really came into focus in 2018. Earlier uses of the name were essentially variations on the C60 and never quite stood on their own. That changed with the release of the C65 Trident Diver, which marked CW’s first deliberate move into the retro dive space and the point at which the C65 became a platform rather than a side note. This was also the first diver to use the Light‑catcher case, bringing a more sculpted and fluid profile to a category that had previously been more utilitarian in CW’s lineup. From there the C65 quickly expanded into a broader family, covering vintage divers, military styles and more experimental offshoots, and in the process began to rival the C60 as the brand’s defining dive watch.

The C65 Trident GMT Blue takes that same design language and adds a second time zone without upsetting the balance. The blue dial and bezel keep the watch firmly in everyday territory, while the GMT hand is clear and unobtrusive rather than dominant. The 41 mm Light‑catcher case still wears slim and comfortable, and despite the added complication the watch never feels busy. This is a GMT that works best when used casually rather than technically, tracking a second time zone in the background while still reading first and foremost as a wearable retro diver. This edition was produced as a special commissioned run for Royalty and Specialist Protection (RASP), the Metropolitan Police unit tasked with protective security duties.
