WH1610B C60 Trident Mk2 Pro 600 COSC Limited Edition (08/2017)

£845.00

Quick facts

Description

The C60 Trident Mk2 refined rather than reinvented what came before it. Building on the Mk1, it replaced aluminium bezels with ceramic, moved dial markers from pips to batons, upsized the crown and doubled water resistance from 300 metres to 600 metres, establishing the Trident Pro 600 identity. The automatic range expanded in both size and colour and the line matured into something broader and more confident. Later Mk2 revisions brought the move to the 9 o’clock wordmark logo, and taken as a whole the Mk2 era is where the Trident became the modern Christopher Ward diver most people recognise.

Launched in July 2017, the C60 Trident COSC 600 Limited Edition was produced in a 100‑piece run based on the Mk2 Pro 600 platform. It added a black version of the more detailed ceramic bezel first seen on the C60 Chronograph Automatic and was fitted with a COSC‑certified movement, placing it in the top tier of Swiss mechanical accuracy. Red accents were used sparingly but deliberately, including the red seconds hand and red triangle at 12 o’clock on the bezel. It was also one of the last C60 models to feature the wave‑pattern dial, linking it firmly to the close of the Mk2 chapter. The watch sold out quickly and has remained difficult to find since.Learn more about CW’s models.
