Description
Introduced in January 2014, the C9 Harrison Big Day‑Date formed part of a later update to the Harrison range. The dial and handset were revised to align more closely with the cleaner “simple” style seen on the C900, giving the watch a more modern and consistent look within the C9 family while retaining the same underlying case and proportions.
The defining feature is the enlarged day and date display, made possible by a modified movement developed by Johannes Jahnke. The larger format improves legibility and gives the dial more presence without adding unnecessary complication. The result is a straightforward dress watch with a clear, functional layout.
This watch is a limited edition of the C9 Harrison Big Day-Date (50 pieces) with solid gold bezel, gold markers, and hands, with an RRP of c. £1,600. It was released in August 2015 and this is the first one I’ve seen on the open market.
Condition and performance
The watch is in excellent condition - I’m told by the original owner that it is new old stock and is unworn.
Case: Clean

Crystal: Clear, no marks
Supplied on a CW black leather strap in equally as good condition.
Comes in the latest box with no papers.
Timegrapher: Approximately +5 seconds per day.
