SOLD WH1575K C65 Sandstorm Blackout COSC Worn and Wound collaboration 38mm (Undated, but from 2021)
Christopher Ward C65 Sandstorm Chronometer collaboration
Introduction
From the Virtual Windup Watch Fair in 2021, Worn and Wound announced their first limited edition collaboration watches. The C65 Sandstorm and Sandstorm Blackout Chronometers, limited to 200 and 100 units respectively were developed in close collaboration with Christopher Ward. The watches were introduced in November 2020 and sold exclusively through Worn and Wound.
These tool watches were inspired by the rugged aesthetics and terrain of desert rally racing and overlanding over rough and inhospitable terrain. Built around the 38mm light catcher case of the Trident classic Mk3, it has some superb touches - such as the numerals being punched out of the metal. The concentric dials are also at different heights that lends real depth to the dial.
Warranty
It comes with a six month Ward Hoard warranty
Straps
It comes on a lightly used CW canvas strap in great condition.
It also comes with an extra sailcloth strap (non CW), but suits it perfectly.

Lovely condition - it’s barely been worn.
On the timegrapher, 309 degrees amplitude, no beat error and perfect time!
