WH1520Q C63 Sealander Dragonfly 39mm (01/2026)
Christopher Ward C63 Sealander Dragonfly Automatic
Introduction
CW introduced the Sealander range in April 2021 to great acclaim. It was really missing a sports watch, and this fitted the bill perfectly. It was voted Christopher Ward Forum Watch of the Year 2021.
It features a polished lacquer dial – and was initially available in just black or white – and top-brushed, diamond-polished indices filled with Super-LumiNova® Grade X1 BL C1. The hand-set, modelled on those from the C60 Trident Pro 600, is also coated with lume, and the date window is at 6 o'clock.
Later iterations included this 39mm dragonfly version as well as smaller 36mm versions and colours. Recently discontinued in this colour - a real shame as it looks stunning in the sun.
Warranty
The transferable movement warranty is valid to January 2031.
Strap options
It comes on a lightly used CW brown vintage oak leather strap. Other options are:
Exchange for bracelet: (deduct £430 for the strap, find a bracelet on my bracelets page for the 39mm Sealander, and I’ll deduct £20 from the listed price. E.g. exchange for CX005 would be £80, listed at £140, less £40 value of the strap and £20 discount)
Exchange for new CW hybrid, leather or tropic (increase of £10)
Head only (discount of £40).
Condition
Very good used condition - no issues and barely worn.
It’s keeping good time as shown on the timegrapher.
Offered with box, polishing cloth, owner’s manual, warranty booklet and card.
