CHRISTOPHER WARD C65 TRIDENT CLASSIC
Introduction
In 2014 Christopher Ward took the case they used for the C60 dive watch, binned the rotating bezel and made a dress version, which they named the C65 Trident Classic. It’s one of only a handful of CW watches which was available with a PVD rose gold-plated finish including matching gold bracelet - the others include early C3, 4 and 5 models. Although it’s called a rose gold model, it looks more yellow gold to me.
It was a relatively short run series - it went into production in May 2014 and ceased in March 2016.
I’ve not seen many of this gold version at all - they rarely change hands.
Warranty
It comes with a six month Ward Hoard warranty.
Condition
The watch is in good used condition with some light marks and one scuff on the bezel as shown in the photographs.
Covering letter and boxed, but no owner’s manual, although this can be found online.
On the timegrapher it’s keeping decent time at -10 sec per day.
Strap options
Comes on a CW brown leather strap with matching gold deployment. If you’d like something else, please ask.
