As discussed via email with TM, WH will make the opening bid price (£877) on a Squale watch listed on ebay. This bid will be on behalf of TM with no responsibility or warranty express or implied by WH. If successful, WH will send on the watch to TM and TM will cover the costs of postage (likely to be £25) plus insurance (likely to be £10, if desired). TM is responsible for any duty payable - there should be an option to prepay this in advance if TM desires.

This payment is to cover the opening bid (£877 plus £12.95 postage in the UK - i.e. the charge from the seller to post to WH) plus 3% (approx banking charge incurred by WH) - a total of £917.38. If the bid is unsuccessful, TM is either entitled to a refund of £890.66 (i.e. less the 3% charge), or the £917.38 can be used as a credit against a future WH purchase.

Should the bid be successful, WH will receive the watch, unpack and give an informal inspection (without any obligation or responsibility), repack and send to TM. WH will calculate the precise cost for onward transmission and send a further link to TM for payment before shipment.
