Christopher Ward C8 Pilot Mk11
Introduction
Christopher Ward has a long history of making aviation-inspired watches, starting with 2006’s C5 Malvern Aviator, which was based on CW’s first ever watch, the C5 Malvern. Their next aviator was… the C8, which was first introduced in 2008 and was retired, when the last few C8 Power Reserves were sold in early 2021.
Condition
Oh my word. What a watch. I’m not sure it has ever been out of its box.
It is in absolutely fabulous condition - a stunning, stunning example, with just the slightest mark above the ‘5’.
Keeping great time at +5 or6 spd on the timegrapher.
It’s offered as a ‘full set’, including original inner and outer boxes (and the original cardboard box), the owner’s book with Certificate of Authenticity and unused polishing cloth.
Warranty
It comes with a Ward Hoard three month warranty
Strap
Fitted with the original brown CW leather strap, which has quick-release spring bars and butterfly deployant clasp. Like the watch head, it looks unworn.
