CHRISTOPHER WARD C9 HARRISON BIG DAY-DATE
Introduction
Launched in early 2014, the C9 Harrison Big Day-Date, or BDD for short, was Christopher Ward’s ‘affordable’ dress watch - the 5-Day and Single Pusher models at over 100% and 200% more expensive were at the less affordable end of the scale! The movement was modified by Johannes Jahnke to add an enlarged day and date.
The C9 BDD was retired in 2016, replaced by the C1 Grand Malvern. This one looks particularly good with the gold indices.
Warranty
It comes with a six month Ward Hoard warranty.
Condition
New old stock - unworn and unmarked.
It’s keeping timing within spec (just) as shown on the timegrapher.
Supplied in its original case (some deterioration) with cleaning cloth.
Strap options
Comes on an unworn CW black vintage oak leather strap.
Other options -
Head only - discount of £40.
Exchange for a different colour CW vintage oak leather strap (no cost change)
