Christopher Ward C65 Aquitaine GMT Orca black Automatic
Introduction
Launched in April 2022, the C65 Aquitaine GMT is a "retro-dive" GMT watch using a new 41 mm version of the Light Catcher case rated at 200 metres for water resistance. The bezel insert is made of curved and highly polished sapphire, a first for Christopher Ward. The watch is part of the C65 Aquitaine range, replacing the C65 Trident Diver. The Aquitaine GMT carries Sellita’s new and upgraded SW330-2 GMT movement.
Inspired by the iconic Blancpain Fifty Fathoms, it looks great.
Warranty
This is a February 2024 watch, so the transferable movement warranty is valid to February 2029.
Strap options
It comes on a little used CW black vintage oak leather strap. Other options are to exchange for a:
Brand new CW hybrid or vintage oak leather strap (extra £20)
Head only (discount of £30).
Exchange for a new bracelet (subject to availability) (extra £150)
Condition
Very good condition - nothing of note to mention.
On the timegrapher it’s keeping good time at -10 or 11 seconds per day.
Offered with box, unused polishing cloth, warranty booklet and card. No owner’s manual but this can be found online.
