Christopher Ward C65 Aquitaine Green Automatic
Introduction
Launched in April 2022, the C65 Aquitaine Automatic is a "retro-dive" watch using a new 41 mm version of the Light Catcher case rated at 200 metres for water resistance. The bezel insert is made of curved and highly polished sapphire, a first for Christopher Ward.
Inspired by the iconic Blancpain Fifty Fathoms, it looks great.
This is a current CW model, but this colour has been discontinued.
Warranty
This is a Jan 2024 watch, so the transferable movement warranty is valid to Jan 2029.
Strap options
It comes on a CW black tropic strap. Other options are to exchange for a:
CW vintage oak leather strap (no change)
Head only (discount of £40).
Condition
Very good condition - nothing of note to mention.
On the timegrapher, when I got it, it was running just out of spec, so it has been back to CW to be regulated. Now keeping great time at+3 or 4 spd.
Offered with box, unused polishing cloth, owner’s manual, warranty booklet and card.
