Christopher Ward Mk3 C60 Trident Elite 1000

Introduction

Christopher Ward doesn’t use the Elite name lightly. It first appeared in 2009 on the C600 Tri-Tech Diver Elite, which was the C60’s 500m (C60s were 300m), more technically advanced big brother. Next in 2012 came the C11 Titanium Elite. Those 500 watches have gone on to become the most desirable C11 model. After a five year break, the Elite name was revived for 2019’s Mk3 C60 Trident Elite 1000 Limited Edition - a 300 piece run of Titanium C60s which sold out in a matter of months.

That limited model was launched in mid 2019 as part of the original Mk3 C60 launch range.

Non-limited Elite 1000s

Buoyed by the success of the Trident Elite 1000 for sale here, CW went to town on a new range of Titanium C60s which hit the shelves in 2020.

Introduced in January 2020 as part of the C60 Trident Pro Mk 3 range, the C60 Elite 1000 is a dive watch, water-resistant to 1000m, using a Grade 2 titanium case, thus achieving a very light weight of only 77 grams. Available with either blue or black dial and bezel combination, the watch also features a day/date window and an exhibition caseback.

It’s no shrinking violet with a 15.4mm height, but if you want a big, brash diver’s watch that has 1000m water resistance (like you’d ever need it!), this one is for you.

This watch is one of the non-limited editions.

Warranty

It has lost its warranty card at some point on its travels, but I’m offering it with a 12 month Ward Hoard warranty to give peace of mind.

Strap options

On an unworn black and red CW hybrid strap.

Head only discount of £40 or exchange for a good, used titanium bracelet (£200) or new bracelet (£250).

Condition

The watch head is in excellent condition.

It’s keeping very good time at -4 or-5 seconds per day.

Offered with box, owner’s manual and polishing cloth. Note - no COSC or warranty card.
